FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia. No minimum purchase required. No promo code needed. Every order ships free.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
United States: 4 to 8 business days
Canada: 5 to 10 business days
United Kingdom: 6 to 12 business days
Australia: 7 to 14 business days
These are estimated delivery times starting from the date your order is shipped, not the date your order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier performance. Jolvy is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at contact@tryjolvy.com with your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
LOST, DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your package appears to be lost, damaged during transit, or has not arrived within 20 business days of the shipping confirmation date, please reach out to us at contact@tryjolvy.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Depending on the case, we will either send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. You should never have to pay for a package you did not receive or received in damaged condition.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Jolvy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it to the correct address at no additional charge, but delivery times will be extended.

Return and Refund Policy

OUR 60-DAY HAPPINESS GUARANTEE
We want you to love your Jolvy ColorBloom markers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and hassle-free 60-day Happiness Guarantee.
You have 60 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. No complicated process. No runaround. Just reach out and we will take care of you.
WHAT IS ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
You can return any Jolvy product within 60 days of receiving it. Products should be returned in their original packaging when possible. If you have already opened and used the markers but are not happy with the quality or performance, you are still eligible for a return. We stand behind our product and we want you to be confident in your purchase.
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Gift cards
- Free promotional items or gifts included with orders
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
HOW TO START A RETURN
Starting a return is easy. Just send us an email at contact@tryjolvy.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Your preferred resolution (refund or replacement)
Our support team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with clear instructions on how to send your product back.
WHO PAYS FOR RETURN SHIPPING?
If you are returning a product because it is defective, damaged, or does not match what was described on our website, we will cover the return shipping cost entirely. We will send you a prepaid return label.
If you are returning a product for any other reason (changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, etc.), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW REFUNDS WORK
Once we receive your returned product and confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or a different pack size, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order on tryjolvy.com for the product you want. This is the fastest way to get the right product in your hands.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your markers arrive damaged, broken, or defective, please contact us at contact@tryjolvy.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the damaged product so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
In most cases, we will ship a free replacement immediately without requiring you to return the damaged product first. We never want you to wait longer than necessary.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, here are a few steps to try:
1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again, as some refunds take time to post.
2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary.
3. If you have done both and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@tryjolvy.com and we will sort it out.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at contact@tryjolvy.com as soon as possible. Because we ship fast (within 24 to 48 hours), we can only guarantee cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped. If your order has already shipped, you can return it once received under our 60-day Happiness Guarantee.
